At AFT, we are committed to developing technologies for animal-free materials that can function using only 100% plant ingredients. Currently, AFT is developing a technology to completely replace animal materials by producing alternative proteins for casein. There are future plans to expand the scope by introducing plant-based vitamins, minerals, and functional proteins. The technology is different from other existing ones as it is non-GMO and easy to apply to all dairy products such as ice cream, cheese, yogurt, and powdered formula.
