CES 2017 Media Alert: Audio-Technica to Demonstrate Groundbreaking Pure Digital Drive Headphones, New Turntables, Phono Cartridges and More at CES 2017

At CES 2017, Audio-Technica will be demonstrating its commitment to high-performance audio with products that employ innovative technologies to deliver new levels of sonic excellence.

The ATH-DSR9BT and ATH-DSR7BT Pure Digital Drive wireless headphones are the first to use Audio-Technica’s new Pure Digital Drive system, which keeps the audio signal completely digital from source to driver. They feature breakthrough Dnote® technology instead of the D/A converters and processors typically used, to offer never-before-available wireless headphone sound quality.

Audio-Technica will be debuting new high-performance turntables that combine outstanding vinyl reproduction with flexible features and elegant new designs.

Audio-Technica is expanding its lineup of wireless headphones with its high-performance/high-value Sonic Fuel ATH-AR3BT on-ear model and Solid Bass® ATH-CKS990BT and ATH-CKS550BT in-ear headphones. All feature newly designed drivers and other improvements to deliver superior audio performance over Bluetooth® transmission.

The new Sound Reality ATH-CKR100iS, ATH-CKR90iS and ATH-CKR70iS in-ear headphones combine Hi-Res Audio sound quality with sleek, attractive design, to appeal to music lovers and audiophiles seeking top-quality reproduction of high resolution audio formats and favorite music.

At CES 2017 Audio-Technica is introducing its Live Sound headphones, created to bring the impact and excitement of the live concert experience to everyday listening. Five ultra-compact in-ear models feature new multiple-driver technologies to deliver extraordinary audio quality.

The new VM-Type moving magnet phono cartridges employ Audio-Technica’s patented V-shaped Dual Magnet design along with a host of modern improvements. The VM-Type lineup is available in various cartridge body and stylus configurations to deliver optimized playback of all types of stereo, mono and even 78 RPM shellac records.

Winner of an Innovation 2017 Honoree Award, Audio-Technica’s ultra-high-end AT-ART1000 Direct Power Stereo Moving Coil Cartridge places its dual moving coils directly on top of the stylus tip (rather than at the base of the cantilever as in conventional designs) to deliver remarkable fidelity. The AT-ART1000 will be demonstrated at The Venetian in Suite 29-236.

Please visit us at CES Booth 20918, South Hall Ground Level, Las Vegas Convention Center and at The Venetian, Suite 29-236 during show hours.
