DUO is the industry’s most complete medical alert system, supporting automatic fall detection and online health applications without the need for a landline in the home.
Designed to offer nationwide mobility and extend the audio benefits of the existing MobileHelp home base station, the new Mobile Device features voice-guided prompts for customers as they interact with the device. It will also feature geo-fencing (Q4 2016) to alert designated care providers when the customer leaves or returns to a predefined location.
In addition to the new features, Mobile Device 3.0 provides customers with a lighted emergency button and the ability to remotely activate the device. Compatible with the other MobileHelp family of devices – its Fall Button™, Pendant, Wrist Button, Wall Button and Cellular Base Station – the Mobile Device ensures customers have access to emergency protection both at home and away from home.

The Mobile Device 3.0 is also available as a Solo System.
The MobileHelp Cellular DUO System includes the Mobile Device with mobile pouch and portable cradle charger, a cellular base station, and choice of two waterproof neck pendants and/or wrist buttons which can be worn at all times.
