LAS VEGAS – January 5, 2016 – For attendees at this year’s International CES, MobileHelp® is featuring its complete line of products and services in booth #73512 at the Sands Expo, January 6-9.  The company will also preview its new concepts in design for medical alert wearable devices and corresponding base station at its press conference on Tuesday, January 5 at 9:30 AM at Mandalay Bay.

“The innovations we’re highlighting at CES include bold new designs in an interactive touch screen base station, applications and wearable devices which will allow our customers to seamlessly integrate health management and medical alert technology into their lives,” said Robert Flippo, CEO of MobileHelp.  “These new products underpin our core business objective: to expand the medical alert industry by simultaneously increasing the safety of our customers while giving them the tools they need to better manage their health in the long term.”

Press Conference at CES 2015

In conjunction with Peter West, Director of Business Development, from KORE Telematics, Flippo will unveil future product design directions, with new wearable devices and an interactive base station.  The new base station will allow customers to connect visually with external resources, such as healthcare providers and pharmacists, and receive educational content – all while managing their medical alert device and health applications/peripherals.  The press conference will be held on Tuesday, January 5 at 9:30 AM at Mandalay Bay, South CC, Level 3, Palm A (Power Day Press Session).

MobileHelp Booth at CES 2015
Throughout the duration of the show, January 6-9, MobileHelp executives and engineers will be engaging with attendees, demonstrating the company’s new technologies, and discussing mHealth trends in the healthcare technology industry.  The following products and solutions will be featured in its booth (#73512):

  • MobileVitals®: With a full line of peripherals available for customers to track their vital signs, MobileVitals offers the benefits of identifying trends in biometric data, captured via technology already being utilized by the customer through the existing MobileHelp medical alert system.  Customers will be able to take their vital signs from selected peripherals, collected through either the new Smartphone app and/or new BLE-enabled base station.
  • MobileHelp Connect®: MobileHelp will also be featuring its MobileHelp Connect® online portal and smartphone app, accessible to subscribers through the company’s website. MobileHelp Connect® provides a secure log-in site to virtually track and manage aspects related to the customer’s health, including the MobileVitals solution, activity tracking and medication reminders. It also provides user-authorized family members, friends or health care providers with a way  to virtually check in with the MobileHelp customer.
  • MobileHelp Alert and BLE Pendant: A new smartphone app, now available for Android and coming Q1 2016 for iOS, MobileHelp Alert enables people to access emergency help using their smartphone, and/or Bluetooth pendant as opposed to other traditional medical alert devices.  The app now pairs with a discreet wearable device from VAlrt, allowing customers the option of four different applications for their emergency button – wrist, neck pendant, belt clip and keychain.
  • MobileHelp Family of M-PERS Devices: Featuring its newest Mobile Device 3.0, with voice guidance and wander detect coming Q4 2016, MobileHelp will also be featuring its Cellular DUO System – the industry’s most complete medical alert system supporting automatic fall detection and online health applications – without the need for a landline in the home.
