The Gourmia App for iOS and Android will connect users to their appliances using IoT/Smart Home technology, allowing cooks to control the temperature of their appliances, turn them on and off, and monitor remotely.

One Cohesive App
The App from Gourmia will connect to six Gourmia devices and allow the user to control their appliances. This means users can control the temperature, turn off and on, and monitor their appliances wherever they have access to the app, may that be from the other room, their office, commuting home, etc. By using Alexa voice control, users can even speak to their appliances, giving them commands for cooking and monitoring their food.

Recipe Book
The Gourmia mobile app is perfect for managing recipes for use with the company's smart kitchen appliances. Among other tasks, it will automatically program complicated, professional recipes into any Gourmia smart kitchen appliance, plan meals, calculate the amount of calories in a meal, and generate a grocery shopping list based on a selected recipe.

Safe Cooking
Cooking is safer with the Gourmia mobile kitchen app and connected smart appliances. The app has the ability to block usage of an appliance if there is no adult supervision present. It also can remotely monitor the connected appliances ensuring things are proceeding as planned as well as turn an appliance off, if needed for any reason.

Family Preferences
Every family member has a say with the Gourmia mobile kitchen app. It integrates each member's preferences regarding food choices, favorite recipes, and desired meal for special events like birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.
